SNAP includes:
- A triangulated approach by gathering information between the learner, their parent or carer, and their teachers through questionnaires.
- Resources that enable you to communicate with parents and strategies to adapt teaching to benefit SEN learners including reports to diagnose and track progress, interventions, and strategies you can pick and mix from.
- Follows the Assess-Plan-Do-Review model from the SEND Code of Practice 2014.
